Collect sign-ups

Ask for a few ideas
Each person adds two or three gift ideas or a link to their wishlist, their sizes and favorites, and anything they'd rather not get.
Close it and draw names
Once everyone is on the list, draw names from a hat or with the free generator, then share the list so each Santa can look up their person.

Name
The name everyone knows them by at work or in the family, so their Santa finds the right row.
Wish ideas or wishlist link
Two or three ideas within the budget, as specific as they like: a brand, a color, a store. Or a link to a wishlist with the exact things.
Sizes and favorites
Clothing size, a favorite color, snack, coffee order or team. Small details that turn a generic gift into a good one.
Allergies and no-gos
Food allergies, scents they can't stand, no alcohol, or simply no more mugs. It saves a Santa from a gift that can't be used.

Tips for an office Secret Santa
Make it opt-in
A sign-up sheet means only people who want to play are in. Nobody has to explain why they'd rather sit this one out.
Put the budget first
One amount for everyone, at the top of the sheet, and treat it as a limit, not a target. It keeps the exchange fair and easy to join.
Set a sign-up deadline
Draw names only once the list is closed. Someone who joins after the draw means drawing again.
Plan for remote colleagues
Say in the details how gifts get there: mailed straight to the person, or opened together on a video call on the exchange date.

Yes. There's no account and no email address to enter. Fill it in, copy it as text or print it, as often as you like.
