How to use this birthday list template
Write your name and birthday
Say whose list it is and when the day is, or the age you're turning. A child's list gets the name and the age at the top.
Add one wish per row
Write the wish, where to find it, roughly what it costs, and the size or color. Add rows as you need them, or remove the ones you don't.
Print it, copy it or share it
Print a clean one-page list, copy it as text for a message, or make it a shareable list. Print before typing anything and you get a blank list to fill in by hand.
What to put on a birthday list
Name the exact thing
The brand, the model, the edition. “Something for the kitchen” gets you someone else's idea of useful.
Write the size and color
Sizes differ between brands, so write the one that fits you in that store, and the color you would actually use.
Say where to find it
A store name or a link saves the giver a search and gets you the right version, not the one next to it.
Spread the prices
A few small things, several in the middle and one or two bigger ones, so a coworker and your parents both find something.
Add an experience

Send it a couple of weeks out
